Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our online store. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a refund, please contact us at chris@rockandrollgallery.com and provide your order number and the reason for your return. We will then provide instructions on how to return your item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
